Special Shipping Instructions

• We require all customers to add the service request number provided after submitting the request to the outside of the package being sent.
• All cones and cases must be fully clean before shipping, additional labor charges could be incurred if cones and cases arrive dirty.

*VTK cones must be shipped back with the adapter that protects the lemo housing.
**All cones being shipped back without the OEM black case need to have the tip removed for safety when transporting.
